9.1 Wotever.co.uk
prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
All orders to
Mainland UK will be sent via Courier, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Wotever.co.uk reserve the right to
change any advertised prices at any time.
While we try and
ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may
occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have
ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the
option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling
it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as
cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods,
you will receive a full refund.
10. Delivery
10.1 Wotever.co.uk
endeavour to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of your
order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an
item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be
greater than 7 days, Wotever.co.uk will contact you by e-mail
or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not
satisfactory to you, we will offer you a refund.
10.2 Time of
delivery will not be of the essence and Wotever.co.uk will not be
liable for any damages or expenses incurred by you or any third
party arising directly from our failure to meet any estimated
delivery dates or times (if given)

11. Money-back guarantee
11.1. Under our
7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase, Wotever.co.uk will give you a full
refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, within 7 days of you having
received them. Please note we do not carry costs for returns. All
returned items should be returned unused in original
packaging, and include all fittings & parts intact and
unused and with all guarantees enclosed.
You MUST obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
from us BEFORE returning the goods. To obtain a RAN from us
please call 01702 582545. The RAN must be clearly visible on
the outside of the return packaging

11.2 If goods have a fault, Wotever.co.uk will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent and returned items should be returned unused in original packaging, and include all fittings & parts intact and undamaged and with all guarantees enclosed. The Customer is under obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, until returned, and will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.
On receipt of the returned product, if following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. If goods come back damaged in transit, the product will be returned to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. So please ensure goods are wrapped and packaged securely.
12. If goods are delivered damaged or
faulty
12.1 Please examine the goods on delivery in case
they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of
delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will
generally replace them on site. Please retain all packaging
materials and receipts.
12.2 If you do not inform us within 7
days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on
delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Back to Base Warranty
13.1
New Goods classified with a Back to Base
Warranty have a full 30 day Warranty and 11 months Back-to-Base
thereafter, at the customer's own cost. All repairs or a replacement
are free of charge for 12 months.
13.2 New
Arcade Machines, classified with a Back to Base
Warranty have a full 12 months Back-to-Base, at the
customer's own cost. All repairs or a replacement are free
of charge for 12 months. This warranty does not
cover engineer call outs, these are charged
for separately, if required.
13.3 Reconditioned
Goods , like original Arcade Machines &
Pinballs, have a 3 months Back-to-Base warranty, at the
customer's own cost. This warranty covers the cost and
labour of the replacement parts required to rectify a fault that
your product may have developed. This warranty does not
cover engineer call outs, these are charged for
separately, if required.
13.4 Larger products like the twin
sit down Arcade machines are considered a specialist product due to
their size and assembly required for setup.Therefore, due to the
impracticality of returning these goods, the warranty only covers
parts only, and not engineer callouts. Please
select the reconditioned items carefully before placing your
order.
14. On-line payment by all the major credit
and debit cards.
Wotever.co.uk accept on-line payment
with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa,
Mastercard, Delta, Switch. We also accept all credit and debit cards
carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.
If you wish to pay

16. Product Specifications
16.1 Images
on our website do not show the actual size of items. All sizes and
measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they
are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an
error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we
will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better
quality at the same price.
If you are not happy with the
replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money
back guarantee.

of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct,
indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit,
loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the

death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a

20. Governing law and
jurisdiction
20.1 This contract is subject to the law of
England. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Those who
access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance
with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
20.2 Any disputes
not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.
21. WEEE Regulations
21.1 The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Wotever is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new Record Player from us we would accept their old Record Player and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us, at their own cost, within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
